great filter

is it compact, well, yes & no. it obviously takes up a fare amount of room. But I have average sized cabinets and it fit without to much problem. the flow isn't very fast, but okay. i only have about 45 lbs. of water pressure so it would be even better @ normal water pressure of 55 to 65 lbs. it was fairly simple to mount and hook up with no special tools other that a drill & bits for the sink hole. It does exactly what i expected of it, very pleased. PS: WATER TASTES GREATis it compact, well, yes & no. it obviously takes up a fare amount of room.
