      UPS delivered parcel tonight on Jan 21st that shipped on Jan 8th as 13 day transit. This was entirely UPS issues and not anything negative towards the seller. Seller was responsive and was very concerned about UPS slow delivery. Seller communicated with me daily and was sincerely concerned.
