I contacted the seller querying this as they are advertised ‘as sold in retail stores’ and in Australia always sold in packets, not individual. They offered a 10% refund and left an insulting message. I was never rude when I queried the cost $40 for 20 lozenges as I have been purchasing these for my elderly mother for years for Dry mouth and never paid that amount.
