But needed to get bike done so we took a chance on it. It was slipping in 2nd and 3rd gear not heavy but enough to notice. It's was soaked and properly installed. He declines replacement or refund. I wouldn't recommend this clutch OEM. You said you installed the clutch and it was slightly slipping. We asked you if a certified Yamaha technician installed the clutch and you never responded to us. We cannot help with any issues if we do not hear back from you. We are a certified Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki ext... dealer and all of our parts come directly from the manufacturers so the kit is OEM. If you would have replied to us I am sure we could have came to a resolution that suites both of us.

I had an issue with the item which was no fault of the seller as the item was a brand new OEM item in its factory packaging so had never been opened by them. Kyle was very understanding and made my return and refund very easy which speaks volumes of these guys as a company as to me a true sign of a great company is how they deal with problems when they do arise and these guys did a fantastic job of making sure I was made whole. Thank you guys again.
