    100% Aussie owned and operated company, SSB, deserve customer support for a great range of state-of-the-art batteries. I bought a Lithium unit for my BMW motor-cycle which cost less than a clunky old lead acid type. The battery is 25% of the weight of the old one and 2x as powerful. I love it and the bike performs better with less high weight.

    ssb lithium motorrcucle battery light weight ..great power

    The most obvious feature when it arrives is the weight..less than 1/3 the original battery. This is great for bikes that carry their battery high in the frame , you CAN notice the difference. The great thing about this is it is suited to big v twins and triumph triples using Sagem ecu's. A half hearted attempt to start these with closed throttle when cold means they can break sprag clutches... with 290 cca now that's way less of a possibility. For riders in colder climates you can wake up this battery by turning your lights on for about 30 seconds before starting..this gets the battery up to full cranking power, which is totally the opposite to normal batteries. Finally this battery can be recharged with a normal type battery charger unlike other lithiums that require a dedicated ...

    Light weight and high power

    Light Weight and High Power - Having been constantly disappointed by the short battery cycle life of Lead Acid batteries, this is the first Lithium battery I have tried in any of my my motorcycles, and I am nothing short of impressed. Very light weight, the small size makes installation easy, and with a 290 CCA the engine in my T100 Bonneville leaps into action on a cold morning start. I will now be replacing all of my remaining lead acid batteries with SSB Lithiums as their time comes due!!

    Yamaha T-max battery change.

    These batteries are very light and have plenty of power. A good replacement for a heavyweight lead battery on motorbikes. I this instance, the spacers in the box were all the same size. Others I have fitted had two different sizes to enable various fitting. Wasn't needed in this case though.
