He claims that his material is unorthodox but more ecologically sound. Any QA department of any company would reject PCBs at receiving if they were found not properly packaged by the manufacturer. No one is expected to try them to see if they work. The seller lacks the most basic understanding for handling ESD sensitive electronic components. I tried to educate him, but he became belligerent. The buyer never even opened the package to install the part, rejected it outright because it did not come in an anti-static bag.
