        Very enjoyable! if you have surround PLAY LOUD!

        This was one of Sean Connery's best roles. He had a great cast behind him. I am a product of the Cold War. it was refreshing to watch a Russian Admiral figure how to get this sub to the United States. I purchased a Blu-Ray copy as I have a player for Blu-ray. My only problem is I don't know exactly how to set my player for this feature. It was packaged very well, and the disc and case were inexcellent shape!

        Very good movie

        In my opinion, the best Tom Clancy book to film movie. Bluray has a good picture and the sound played on a full Dolby Atmos room sounds great.

        "One heck of a movie"

        This is a great movie..well worth the time and you can watch it several times and grabs you everytime. I'll be watching it again and again. Great story and might be true. Could happen they just dob't make good movies anymore. No sex, no trash just good story-telling. You won't be sorry to add this movie to your collection.

        Great feature movie. One of the best!

        This is a very imaginative and excellently produced film made. The characters were excellent and made you feel that it was a complete non fabrication and realistic story. The photography was excellent and was in the proper place at the proper time to help tell and make the story real. I would highly recommend this film to anyone who loves a good mystery and intriguing believable defection. Sean Connery was brilliant, and so was Alex Baldwin. Others were also perfect for the parts played. All were completely believable and played their part brilliantly. Costumes were very good as well. It all seemed very believable. And it is unfortunate it was not true is a shame. I highly recommend this DVD to anyone. You will not be disappointed in the least. One of the best

        Political thriller with high drama

        Sean Connery is superb as always. One of the best movies to come out of the 80's. Nuclear subs, sabotage and intense performances. Fascinating and an edge of your seat experience!
