      NOT NEW CONDITION

      Bought this as a gift for my son. When we opened the box which was taped well almost not noticeable that it was previously opened and assembled. The toy was about 1/4 the way built....just loose legos inside the box with a book to assemble. Don't state as new if its been assembled, stickers applied and thrown back into box
