It was packed excellently and shipped promptly. The item was as described - other than one issue (now resolved). The only issue: one of the batteries had 12% health and wouldn't charge. The price was okay even with a dead battery so my only complaint was with the item description. It was likely an honest error and the seller was responsive in issuing a $10 refund.
