Delivery was a hassle because I didn't get much notice of it coming and missed it - then I had to find time to drive down to the courier depot and pick it up, which took ages. Couriers seem to be universally bad so this isn't the company's fault, but it may be worth looking for a better option. Anyhoo, happy with it overall.

Firstly he parked his vehicle across the driveway (that’s ok), he blew the horn several times to let me know he was there (kinda ok), then almost immediately, banged on our letter box several times (not ok). I am older and cannot move quickly but felt pressured so when I arrived at my letter box I stated that he was a bit impatient. He replied that the gate was closed & might be a dog.
