The seller is not providing a refund because our warehouse manager received the items and he is claiming this is a "3rd party" and hence he has no obligation to refund the purchase which is ruined due to sellers packaging.     OK , I guess

    I already owned one of these cameras and was satisfied with the performance. I need a spare, and I bought this one because I was familiar with it. The one I received was working OK. The only issue was that the position adjustment (up/down) is too loose. It flops up and down and won't stay in place. The tension adjustment screw has not effect.
