    Good seller I guess. Sent a very nice pair of shoes, clean and as described, in plastic bag, they arrived intact thankfully. But...I paid $22 for Canada Post expedited parcel, which I prefer, but shoes were sent UPS ground - maybe 3 bucks cheaper. UPS tracking not that reliable, and a real pain if you miss the delivery, which usually here is 6pm.

    Thank you for the feedback and apologies for the confusion with shipping carrier. UPS sometimes comes up with a similar cost and a faster delivery date, so we will upgrade the shipping to get the package to the customer more efficiently. But if this was an issue then my apologies about that. It was done with the best of intentions.

    Disappointing facial shaver

    Let’s start with the original Finishing Touch Flawless facial hair remover was excellent! And that’s what I will be sticking to because this new Dermaplane one pales in comparison! You can get facial razors at the drug store for cheap that does the same thing. They just put a battery operated light on it and called it a fancy spa name and charged Way more than it’s worth. Stick with the Original, it’s excellent!

    The light is good. It helps you see all the little hairs. But, it doesn't cut the hair well ar all.

    don't buy

    i was very disappointed in this product. It looked like the one I used to get at the store and can no longer find so I was happy to make the purchase, but it is not the one I used to get and works very poorly

    No hair removal

    It does mot remove unwanted hair on face. I would not recommend it. I was very disappointed when I received it and tried to remove mustache hair on upper lip it did nothing. Also on chin nothing. Sorry but it doesn’t do what you claim it should do.
