I chose to return the item and said I still wanted Season 8. A shipping label was sent with a note saying that after the returned item is received, “A refund should be issued in 5-7 business days.” I mailed the item back. A week later, a full refund was credited. Though I had been refunded, 9 days later I received Season 8 — a kind gesture. All the DVDs work properly.

Arrived quickly, BUT the thin box had a 3.5” tear down one side edge; I could see the back corner of the item before even opening the shipping box! Luckily the item wasn’t damaged or wet (it was raining when it was delivered). Happy with the reasonable price.
