Works with a Mac
Appears to be well made and does the job for which it is designed. Compact for a tray loading unit. It is a plug and play item that works perfectly with my Mac. I find it interesting that it is automatically recognised as a Pioneer Blu-Ray device which makes me think that it is the same as Pioneer which is no bad thing. It is a pity that it is not in a brushed silver finish, but as it is out of sight most of the time, this is only a minor gripe. I've had some difficulties writing to DVDs, but this is more a problem with the Mac software than the writer itself.Appears to be well made and does the job for which it is designed.
