Seller soaked the sphagnum moss and husks it came in and unfortunately soaked all the leaves. Seller is ignoring USDA request to send a copy of import permit which is required to start the process of return. Seller is stating that document is not required. Seller didn’t offer to send another set of plants. I paid over $200 and seller is only offering $54 refund and I can keep the dead plants. Seller is difficult.
