    Lovely Adult Coloring!

    Secret Garden was my first adult coloring book...I loved it! Buy plenty of ink pens...glittering, glacing and metallic...you'll want them all! The only part that didn't suit me with this book was that Johanna encourages you to draw on your own. I chose not to!! In my opinion, Johanna Basford is over and above any other author of adult coloring books. Buy both of her books...you'll love'em, and they're great stress relievers!

    disappointed

    I had already bought 2 other Johanna Basford coloring books and loved every page of them. This book has way too many pages that are to be drawn by the purchaser. This book was a disappointment. I didn't even buy this off a sale rack, I paid full price.

    More like this, please...

    The designs are intricate, and the author provides white space to free-hand draw. This is the second coloring book we have from this author and they're compelling. I'll buy more as soon as they're available. Be prepared to get engrossed and spend hours doing this. Beats sitting in front of the idiot box :)

    What wonderful, AMAZING illustrations to color...distracts me from my troubles

    Such interesting , well drawn pages.I felt as though I was with the character climbing the tree, escaping from the confines of HER sad-feeling, empty home. I'm reminded of too many escapes from places/times like that. Coloring soothes me, takes me far away from the present and to another world where I can rest from my REAL life, hang my pain-sack on the book's tree limb and have an adventure . While I'm putting my colors inside the lines so creatively drawn by the REAL artist, I'm CREATING. This " coloring book" reminds me I TOO am an artist, creative and able to also escape. It's a great tale without words. I enjoyed it so much that I've given several as gifts. My order arrived fast and book was well packaged. Great experience.
