Due to bolts not being in place to hold the 2” Tri clamp and seal housing in place. Package could have used more care. Shipping and cost was good considering the distance. Seller offered a discount/ refund to help with repairs or a full refund and repurchase which has not happened yet. But I’m sure the seller will make good as they have on another issue with the same type of sale. Communication takes 12hr-14hrs

I was amazed on fast delivery, the column is Gorgeous, assembly was pretty straight forward ( double up bottom flat gaskets on bottom ( one below 1st copper plate, one above plate, then glass, 1 flat gasket on top ) Next the column flanges are 3-1/2” ( 3” is the INSIDE DIAMETER, the flange is 3-1/2 ) which, I required a reducer, ( 3.5”x3” reducer )The seller offered one for FREE!
