I have been using Bluetooth earpieces everyday for work for about fifteen years and go through about 2 sets per year because of the environment. In ear volume is great. Microphone clarity is clear and good for the person o the other end of the call. The touch pads on each side are very sensitive and take a bit to get used to with big clumsy fingers. The volume control is a bit tricky for the same reason, but worth putting up with.
