    Best for Price

    Best quality watercolors for the price that Ive come across- good for figuring out if you want to continue with watercolor or not. Paint is somewhat moist, so be sure to let it dry thoroughly otherwise it getd very sticky, but the pigment flows beautifully in water and isnt chalky at all.
