    It really dose help with menopause and make you deal with the change of life.

    I'm only onto my second jar and it seems to be keeping my hot flushes at bay and not as many or intense as they used to be.It takes a bit of getting used to by remembering to apply it day and night and which spots you put it on on rotation of face, forearms and inner thighs.I did take it away with me to the Cook Islands where it was seriously humid 24/7 and I'm glad I did take it, for it did help me cope.

    Hormonal improvement

    Seems to have increased sex drive, but that is not what I bought it for. Recommended to me for osteoporosis, but will not know if osteoporosis has improved until I get bone density scan done and that is 2 yearly. Am willing to continue with Anna's wild yam cream to see if there is improvement with time since other hormonal improvement has occurred.

    Relief!

    Hot flushes disappeared within a week. Very impressed, so nice to feel normal. Only time will tell if it keeps working, but so far I’m a happy girl..no more sweating then getting the chills. Doctors should be telling their patients about this. Will certainly be telling my girlfriends about this.

    Great product. Please keep it available!

    I use it for adrenal fatigue in addition to HC. I don't have menopausal symptoms but I have noticed an improved tolerance to stress. Also, it is not a problem to apply since it is concentrated and not greasy! Would recommend.
