      Artwork was not clear and was printed as provided. Ideally it would have been enlarged to fill the balloon size. This was not stated on the description.

      Hi Balloon printing is a different process from paper printing. The surface area we print on balloons is approx. 5" x 5" as this the flatest part of the balloon.The balloons are partially inflated and then the screen is automatically pressed onto the middle part of the balloon and then the logo is printed. It is not possible on our printing [ like most balloon printers ] machine to print completely allover. We had enlarged the logo to the best we could to the maxinum size.
