However, I spent $200 plus $37 shipping and it’s got DEEP horrible scratches on the plexiglass. It cut through the protection film and it’s hideous and extremely disappointing especially with the cost. The instructions could really do with an update it didn’t have enough info. I would have returned it however I needed it immediately. Again great concept but disappointing execution.

No fuss agreement to rectify their mistake and paid for return postage. As soon as Australia Post scanned the return label, they posted out the correct size heat plate; so I literally got the wrong one Thursday, posted it back Friday and had the right one in my hands on Monday. Now that's what I call service. 10/10 for customer service and a great product, thank you.
