No fuss agreement to rectify their mistake and paid for return postage. As soon as Australia Post scanned the return label, they posted out the correct size heat plate; so I literally got the wrong one Thursday, posted it back Friday and had the right one in my hands on Monday. Now that's what I call service. 10/10 for customer service and a great product, thank you.
