    Corsair is the way to go...

    I had 16 gig is this RAM in my system from when I built it years ago. With newer games out now and coming out in the future starting to recommend the use of 32 gig systems I decided to see if I could find another 16 gig to throw in my system. This was exactly the same and that's what I wanted. It is good RAM but I still think the price was a little steep. But that's what you'll have when it is limited (because it is no longer made) and it is good hardware. I have my PC overclocked - CPU more stressed than than anything else but the RAM does have a slight overclock on it. I knew this so I wondered how this second batch would handle the slight overclock.     Very fast and reliable RAM

    I added this ram (identical to my existing 16GB Corsair Vengance Pro) and now have 32 GB. Asus Z97 WS motherboard posted fine after install and PC ran great with XMP enabled at 2400 MHz. My memory problems are history.

    Runs Great!

    Plunked it in my ASUS Z97 motherboard along with another 16GB of G.Skill Ripjaws matching memory for a total of 32GB all of it at humming along at 2400MHz. Passed all mem tests. Running with Intel XMP enabled. The two red color sticks in the picture are the Corsairs.

    These bad boys kick some serious buns.

    They hold their performance, clock excellently and can handle some seriously heavy partitions. Some sets of them can cost an arm and a leg, like a CPU Vid Card or even a MoBo but in the end like the aforementioned items, they're well worth it. Both in money and performance. I Highly Recommend to anyone willing to go the distance for an excellent performance experience!
