      Highly beneficial pro-biotic

      The species of L Reuteri in these tabs is a highly recommended probiotic for GIT health. This is a trusted quality brand. I use them to make a delicious yoghurt - this is not recommended by Bio-Practica but many people disregard this as it is felt that as they havn't actually tested them for this purpose they are covering themselves. Refer to Dr William Davis on YouTube for information.

      Great probiotic

      My integrated gp put me on this product to help heal my leaks gut. I feel this probiotic has helped my ibs significantly. I took one a day for three months and I now take maintance dose of a couple a week.
