Satisfashion: Rock The Runway is a time management game in which players guide young Grace from humble beginnings as a clothing store clerk all the way to the top of the fashion world. Gamers are told the seasonal and stylistic themes of each fashion show, and they must use that knowledge to apply makeup and wigs, and then shuttle models off to the dressing room as quickly as possible. The better the hair and makeup look, the more money players earn, and special accessories and jewelry can also earn extra cash. Gamers then choose a blouse-skirt-shoe ensemble for each model and send them down the runway before the timer expires, once again earning bonus money for adding special accessories. At the end of each show, potential buyers will come backstage to purchase their favorite outfits, and players must match the style of each ensemble to the style of the buyer. Satisfashion also includes a sketch meter that fills as the game advances, eventually letting creative gamers design original outfits to add to their portfolio.
