The wrench I received has only two operating modes not 3 and on mine at least the vibrating alert does not work. Finally the owner instruction manual could be so much better. I have now used the wrench 6 or 7 times and am happy with it , although I would have liked to have had the 3rd operating mode. Cheers,

I did not need to open the box. the seller agreed to give me a part refund of $50 and allowed me to keep the item rather than go through the rigmarole of returning and restocking it. I was very happy with this arrangement even though I will have to dispose of the tumbler myself.
