Contacted seller, just to find out they buy their phones third party from another vendor. I told them my grievance about the screen, and offered me a $30 dollar refund instead of sending me another phone, or refunding me the amount it would cost to get an OEM screen installed. Sim Card Manger option was missing from settings, so it was a hassle getting service for it.
