Requested a 100% refund but only 20% was offered. After numerous messages, seller has now agreed and refunded 100% my money. Under the circumstances, the seller has become fair and reasonable which is appreciated.

The seller finally agreed to send another to replace the broken item after a lot of time wasting back and forth haggling.. Common sense would demand that they would have packaged the replacement item better than the first, but no, the packaging was very inadequate and the replacement item was also cracked. I won t buy from this seller again.
