The driver didn't use my doorbell and I was at the back of the house and didn't hear his knock. My dog didn't alert me either so not sure what happened. This is not really feedback for the chair. I am dying to get it into the house so I can start to use it. It was recommended by a friend and she loves hers so can't wait. Would recommend this seller. Pity about delivery.

He didn't knock on the door, if I didn't hear the loud noise I would have missed him. He wouldn't help bring it into my house, just dumped it and left. Very disappointing seeing tge amount I paid for postage.

The inflatable pads are just sitting on the side of each shoulder and do nothing, the neck part is not even in position for a young teenager. I did have 1 of 3 packages go missing and they responded well and communicated well and the missing package was delivered. The wardrobe itself is good value for money I think. One thing I suggest you must do, is bracket the wardrobe to the wall on top.
