The screws which hold the timber piece at the front of the metal shelf protruded through the timber, so when you held the timber to slide the shelf out you could pierce your finger on the end of the screw. It was an easy fix though, by taking the screws out and placing a washer over the screw so it didn't protrude through the timber.
