      Parcel was delivered by Hermes, left outside in the rain for a start so package soaked through including the hat. Once opening the parcel mask was in 2 pieces? Extremely unimpressed feels a waste of £20 as items unusable. Unable to add photos but have them available. What’s the procedure can I get a refund/new items sent.
