They were more than happy to do so, and they expressed to me if I have any more concerns to let them know. The vacuum itself is good quality and quite powerful for its size. Packaging could have been a bit more substantial; the unpadded plastic bag was torn in transit, exposing the tap handle. Thankfully, no damage to the contents occurred.
