Very honest seller, which was apparent in how they responded to customers having a problem. Packed beautifully in a BOX, and exactly as Described! The Price was very reasonable especially since I bought 4 rolls. I would definitely buy from them in the future. Way to slow. 5 days from payment until item was dropped at post office. actual shipping time in the USPS hands was normal for ground. Item packaged poorly not sufficient to protect from normal USPS handling. Item was in a single layer bubble envelope. The value was good, Quality construction, dispenser is new as described.
