They were more than happy to do so, and they expressed to me if I have any more concerns to let them know. The vacuum itself is good quality and quite powerful for its size. The missus found the parcel abandoned by the front gate. Those PF Logistics guys must be on a crushing schedule to not even have time to drop a package on the porch and ring the doorbell. Packaging could have been a bit more substantial; the unpadded plastic bag was torn in transit, exposing the tap handle. Thankfully, no damage to the contents occurred.
