While the unit seems to functions fine, I was deeply disappointed that is was not shipped and packed better. I even emailed him ASAP to tell him and I never heard anything back. Customer service went out the window with this one. For $170 I wanted it brand new with no dings and dents. Still not sure about the ding on the rim, not sure if the paint will come off or not.
