Asked for a shipping label as I don’t feel I should have to pay shipping on a mistake that wasn’t mine and didn’t hear anything after that . O/10 would do business again ! Such a nice surprise and value. Seller took so much time to pack these glass soap dispensers up for shipping preventing leaks and breakage. The rose scent is divine.

This .9inW x8.25inL X2.25"H was sent in a cheap 6in x 9in flat bubbler mailer and when it arrived the rule appear to have ripped the top and slipped out. Seller said I would have to file a claim with the USPS. When all they would have had to do is apply simple run of tape to all four sides of this mailer or send it in the proper box.
