    A bit disappointed as the photos all showed the iPod with an older software version (4.0, etc), which is exactly why I purchased this item. It came loaded with version 9.3 and I've tried to downgrade it but with no success. Bummed as this was a Christmas gift and now there isn't much reason to give it to the person.
