      Not as good as advertised

      I bought this for my new carafe as it was supposed to be as effective as their (zero water) regular plastic encapsulated filters. I’ve tested several samples and readjusted the filter but it still shows way more particles then advertised and hardly any better then the filter system I replaced. Quite disappointed in the product. Now the service from the store was excellent.
