However it was listed as brand new, but the build sticker says it was built in late 2023 and 16 months of the 3-year warranty has elapsed already. When contact for an explanation on this I had to follow up after 2 days to ask for an answer. I was told I'd get an answer before COB that day. No response. After another two follow ups and another few days, nothing. Very poor.
