      Ordered some film that unfortunately never arrived. Said issue was with their local post office. That said, the seller was very responsive, and polite, and processed a refund very quickly after I reached out. They apologized and handled it professionally. My advice: definitely ask for tracked shipping even if it costs more, could just have been bad luck, but it's better to be safe.

Had to get Ebay involved who had me send the item back and would refund me once received. The seller held it at the post office delaying my refund. Another seller who had the same issue (sold one so could not give 2) added extras and asked me to reach out if it was ok. Wow, what a difference between remarkable and not.
