    Good Product

    I really like this Magnesium because it does not affect bowels. I have been taking it for several years. Just wish the shipping charges were a bit lower.

    Very good value for money

    I've only been using it for about a month so it's hard to say. The one thing I do notice is my muscle spasms due to my dystonia don't appear to be as bad a they were. I actually ordered this product due to the composition of it. I have an ieostmy and so keeping minerals and vitamins alike in the body is always a challenge. I will continue to use this product.

    A good product

    I find it is as advertized but there was no free book?! The taste was stronger and more salty than expected, but if I put it in bubbly flavoured water, then it is palatable.

    Remyte mineral solution

    I've just started using these but i can honestly feel a difference in how i feel. I also stated the remag and the potassium as well. I've had a severe medical trauma and have battled death, but I'm getting better. These minerals are helping me to heal gently.

    Not good for me

    Not easy to process by my digestive system, it is advertised as a gentle product for people with IBS and leaky gut, it did not work for me, in addition the taste is unpleasant
