    The grips were exactly as described, the finish is very good and the checkering is supurbe. I did have to do a LITTLE sanding in two places, took all of 5 minutes, but the fit on the frame is perfect. I do have two other revolvers with the same grips on them, why change, these grips work. Same hand hold on all the revolvers. Contrary to what you may read the shipping was quick. Had the grips within 2 weeks.

    Wow ....... received this a month earlier than originally estimated. Overall quality and fit is good, just as described. Grip is a little thicker and longer than the stock grip on the 686 but the entire hand fits on to this grip. Quality and fit are as described.
