    Lovely soft bear but smaller than expected, supposed to be 100cm and it measures 88cm. The transfer looks cheap. Bit expensive considering the above but still a lovely gift

    Hello, thanks for the feedback. When you first receive the product, it will be not fully fluffy as was vacuumed sealed upon shipping in a compressed bag. You can hand smooth, gently pat and adjust the fillers position. Thanks

    What an absolutely well made, adorable and soft teddy for my grandson who’s nearly two. The option to embroider his name on the heart is brilliant as well. He loves his big brothers teds which causes friction so this is for him. Also very fast delivery time, well done and recommended.
