Part of the item was missing so I contacted the seller. They sent the remaining parts in a lone envelope that was packaged so poorly it tore open and parts were missing and damaged. The seller refused a full refund and offered only half because “you could still build a miniature with the parts you have”. If you still wanted to return the item all you had to do was decline the offer & we would have sent you a shipping label. Somehow it's our fault you received extra parts & accepted a 50% refund.

Seller was quick to respond and more than helpful. All in all was a quick and easy experience and would buy from this seller again. Price of minis was also one of the better values I found on market.
