    I'll never go back to a corded vacuum.

    I've had a V10 absolute for the past few years but didn't take it with me when I moved. I bought the V11 for my new place and it doesn't disappoint. Excellent suction and the automatic power adjustment between flooring types works very well. The house is about 1,100 sq / ft with a mix of hardwood, tile and area rugs and I can easily vacuum the entire space on a single charge. The digital timer and power adjustment is a nice feature over the V10 and with a couple dogs and a cat, the increased capacity is welcome too. Aside from the plain brown packaging, there was no discernible difference from brand new on this refurbished unit. Save yourself HUNDREDS and buy it already.

    Vacuuming is awesome but battery life is already awful.

    A few critisisms: The battery life is very suspect 15-20 minutes, the capture canister is small so you have to frequently dump it. Also, I had to find a video to figure out how to open and dump the canister compare to our old Dyson vacuum. Beyond those issues which the battery life is pretty significant, the job it does vacuuming is awesome!

    The Dyson Cordless Vacuums are AMAZING

    I absolutely hated corded vacuums. I had a central vac system put in. Ugh. Tried an iRobot which was better but didn't do the job. Always went back to the good old Hoover. Then it went away and since I bought a Dyson V8 for my son last xmas and he loved his, I thought I would try it. Oh, wow! This thing is AMAZING! I love it more than my steam mop which is saying something! I haven't even used all the attachments but the fact I use it all the time and can just grab it is the best part! No dragging a vacuum out and finding a plug, using it, unpugging it and rewrapping the cord, then putting it back away. Like that happened very often. Lol It makes me happy!

    Perfect and balanced cordless

    This is my first cordless vacuum. The v11 torque is a no-regret purchase. It does the job very well. The cleaning power is very good and is easy to clean. I already own a Dyson air purifier and now am becoming a fan of this brand.

    Excellent Vacuum Cleaner

    This is a great vacuum. Once I got used to the machine and accessories it did a very good job on my carpet and hard wood floor. I have three dogs and it picks up their dirt good.
