My grandson was having some difficulty hooking up the unit, but this is his reply " Everything works as intended. I thought I had to screw something into the TV but I didn't. I actually had to use one of the cords from another Sega system. I don't even have to switch channels." Maybe you sent the wrong connector, I'll check ?
