Price was very affordable compared to other sellers and cost of new. The post office delivered to incorrect address and seller was very responsive in working with the USPS to reroute. Seller also sent additional screws that I didn't have at no cost. Seller could have charged a fee for the screws but did not. I would buy from this seller again.

The part was as good as new, especially since the item is no longer available from the manufacturer. The communication was great even on Super Bowl Sunday. The item was received earlier than anticipated and was packaged very well. I will definitely look to them again when the need arises.

It’s a good as new replacement at half the price of brand new. It arrived two days earlier than the first day in the 4-day projected arrival. The packing was about the best I’ve seen. On top of that, the name of the seller is my favorite one so far, i.e. “Ice Cold Beer & Hobbies”! Well, they’re fellow Tennesseans so they’re bound to be awesome!
