Unfortunately, there was a RAM stick that was defective and a storage slot that was also defective. This is to be expected with a machine from 2021, so after contacting the seller about these issues, I was refunded a partial amount in order to replace these defective parts. The seller communicated effectively with me and we came to a conclusion that solved the issues. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Would recommend.
