Buyer did not follow through with his responsibilty of the agreement we had. As a result, caused further delays in being able to provide the refund. The refund was eventually to provided, but buyer has yet to fulfill his part of the agreement so we can proceed with the USPS claim. We reached out twice following the agreement and buyer has declined to respond to our messages.
